On a nationwide basis, CSI now offers on-site,
technical support. Wherever we have deployed PCs, we can provide full-service,
technical assistance through a single point of contact. Therefore, we can assist
you over the phone through our Help Desk, which dispatches a
local technician to complete the repair. The hardware can be repaired or replaced at
your customer's home or at your store. To deter
tampering, we can also apply warranty labels to each PC. If removed or tampered
with, they leave the word "VOID" on the PC and the warranty is voided. We
can also install inexpensive security locks to prevent entry by unauthorized parties.
These options make it much easier for a qualified technician to solve problems. |
